- A New Threat arrives! Welcome Co-Owner Jackson “Jackz” Graham & Shaun “Hyper” along with Owner & Investor Yang.

New Threat has acquired Team Elete, moving forward both brands will be represented as one across all platforms and competitive events. With a desire to compete and create content our new foundation allows us to increase our resources in order to further our brands expansion. Former Team Elete brings forth a powerhouse Call of Duty Roster consisting of

Each player being a respectable individual in the community, amazing competitor, and currently a member of one of the top teams within the competitive scene. New Threat began its journey in Call of Duty, the acquisition of this roster within the merger allows us to return home. We bring a new look, new management, but the desire to the be the best continues to remain the same. Alongside the New Ownership we will further expand into Apex Legends, Halo, and many more titles. The ultimate goal is to ensure that upon first glance of the iconic Red Wolf our fans, community, and partners recognize that we are here to make our name known.

As the merger finalizes we will be seeking to establish new partnerships that will allow for our players to acquire reliable equipment to continue competing at the highest level. Ensure that they can dedicate themselves to their craft, and allow us to continue growing while representing our Partners and Sponsors across events and content creation.

NT Jackz:

- With a mission to challenge the Status Quo, create a genuine experience for our fans, and a heavy focus on developing the greatest esports athletes. New Threat began as a team, but slowly developed into a Family with a greater ambition then simply competing in multiple titles.

- As an Organization we have fielded teams across multiple Esports, titles including Apex Legends, Call of Duty, and our most successful expansion CSGO. We wrapped up the Call of Duty Cold War season with a multitude of victories both online and in person events bringing home two Lan Championship’s to wrap up 2021.

- As we look to the future, and focus on increasing our success across content and competitive esports. We continue to strive and push our limits when seeking to innovate ourselves in this community. Our recent acquisition of Team Elete allows us to offer more for our players, greater opportunities for our Organization as a whole, and furthermore allowing us to continue establishing ourselves as a Dynasty within Esports.

Shaun – Team Elete:

- Myself & Yangs is to continue expanding the New Threat brand within Esports, Content Creation, and within our community. As young Owners we have consistently admired the success of brands like FaZe, Team Liquid, and 100 Thieves. With a hunger to compete at the highest level, we take this step in our career to combine forces with another likeminded group of individuals in the community.

- We admire the determination of New Threat as we competed against them in multiple events, when the opportunity to establish ourselves as one was presented we did not hesitate. It is an honor to align ourselves with a well represented brand, we are here to stay and bring you our fans amazing new projects.
