Black Mountain Media’s Base Social Media Package covers creation of Monthly Calendar for two Social Media paltforms. Calendar will cover events provided by the Organization, Member Birthday’s, and any Holiday that is celebrated during that Month. Post will be scheduled in accordance with the Organization Brand Guidelines or post can be made the day of if requested by the Organization. Management will be for the events in the calendar solely and will not include any game day post, nor will it include day to day management aside from the post that have been established in the calendar and approved by the Organization. 

Black Mountain Media’s Mid-Tier Package includes all components listed in the Base Package with the additional services included. 

- Game day management of match updates for events that have been determined prior in the calendar. Daily interactive post 2-3 times per week based on Organization Approval. Member tweets liked and retweeted (Twitter) and management of comments for interactions with community. 

Black Mountain Media’s High-Tier Package includes all components listed in the Base and Mid-Tier Package with the additional services included. 

- Analytics tracked monthly and report provided for customer with areas were growth can be pursued. Break down of post which generate the highest interactions and growth for the page. Event social media management, where social media manager will follow the event bracket and post accordingly throughout the event. Interact with post, player post, and address event content (e.g., promote clips, download clips and present them on social media). Monthly meeting to address concerns with analytics report and discuss improvement for social media management and improve branding should there be any concerns with graphic designs that are being presented for social media team.
