Direct Student Support

 Instinct Behavior Analysis provides comprehensive school-based services to support students with behavioral, social, and academic needs. Our team collaborates with educators, families, and school staff to implement evidence-based strategies that promote meaningful progress and long-term success.

We specialize in delivering individualized support through Behavior Intervention Implementers (BII), Behavior Intervention Developers (BID), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and comprehensive assessments.

Direct Student Support

 Behavior Intervention Implementers (BII) provide one-on-one support to students within the classroom and school environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide real-time behavior support and redirection
  • Support transitions and classroom routines
  • Facilitate social interactions and peer engagement
  • Collect data on target behaviors and progress 


BII services ensure students remain engaged, safe, and successful throughout the school day.

Program Development & Supervision

 Behavior Intervention Developers (BID) oversee the design and monitoring of behavioral interventions. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies
  • Provide supervision and guidance to BII staff
  • Collaborate with teachers and school teams
  • Ensure interventions align with IEP goals.


 BID services ensure interventions are effective, data-driven, and consistently implemented. 

Clinical Oversight & Expertise

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Classroom Support

Program Development & Supervision

 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide clinical leadership and oversight across all services. 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments (FBA, FEA, behavioral evaluations)
  • Interpret data and guide treatment planning
  • Provide staff training and supervision
  • Support IEP meetings and team collaboration
  • Ensure fidelity of implementation


 BCBA oversight ensures all services meet clinical, ethical, and educational standards.

 We provide thorough, multidisciplinary evaluations to identify student needs and guide intervention planning. 

 

Assessments Include:

  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Functional Ecological Assessments (FEA)
  • Behavioral and adaptive functioning assessments
  • School-based observations and data analysis


 Our assessments provide clear, actionable recommendations to support student success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Classroom Support

 Direct behavioral support to promote student success across general and special education settings. 


 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct, in-class support to students requiring additional assistance with behavior regulation, engagement, and skill acquisition. Under the supervision of a BCBA, RBTs implement individualized strategies to support both general education and special education classrooms, ensuring students can access their learning environment effectively. 


 

HOW RBTs SUPPORT STUDENTS

  • Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
  • Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and task completion
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
  • Support on-task behavior and academic engagement
  • Facilitate appropriate peer interactions and social skills
  • Deliver prompting and reinforcement strategies
  • Collect real-time behavioral data to track progress
