Registered Behavior Technicians
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Classroom Support
Our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Classroom Support model is designed to strengthen classroom management and provide proactive behavioral support across educational settings. Rather than serving as dedicated one-to-one aides, RBTs collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement evidence-based behavior strategies, promote positive classroom engagement, and address challenging behaviors as they arise. This flexible model allows one RBT to rotate between classrooms based on student and staff needs, providing timely intervention, behavioral coaching, and support that enhances the overall learning environment while fostering independence and reducing disruptions. Through ongoing collaboration and data-informed practices, our RBTs help create safe, structured, and inclusive classrooms where both students and educators can thrive.
Behavior Intervention Implementor (BII)
Our Behavior Intervention Implementers (BIIs) provide individualized one-to-one behavioral support for students requiring specialized assistance to access their educational program successfully. Working collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and Behavior Intervention Developers (BIDs), BIIs implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), teach functional replacement skills, support communication and social development, and utilize evidence-based behavioral strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Through consistent data collection, positive behavior supports, and proactive intervention, BIIs promote student independence, improve classroom participation, and foster meaningful educational progress within the least restrictive environment.
Behavior Intervention Developer (BID)
Our Behavior Intervention Developers (BIDs) provide clinical oversight and behavioral consultation to ensure students receive effective, individualized behavioral programming that supports educational success. BIDs conduct classroom observations, analyze behavioral data, develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), coach educational staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure interventions are implemented with fidelity. By providing ongoing supervision, training, and evidence-based recommendations, BIDs help schools create positive learning environments while improving student outcomes, reducing challenging behaviors, and supporting long-term behavioral growth.
